By using MyFlower's website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders & Payment
- All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed
- We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value if specific blooms are unavailable
Delivery
- Delivery dates and time slots are subject to availability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances
- Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order
Cancellation & Refund
- Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
- Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled
